Secret Agent Doss

So...it has been kept under wraps for a while, but now I can freely say that I made Agent early. Not that any of you care, but I had strict instructions not to tell anyone. What does Agent mean? It means I have gone up another ladder rung. Typically, one becomes an Agent after a year of service. It is not likely and almost unheard of to become Agent early. So, I'm proud of myself and my new bump in pay and I still have my annual review in April to go through. It feels great to be rewarded for my hard work. I've had 6 direct hires in 2 months totaling $19K. A big chunk of change to the bottom line. Wish it was to my bottom line, I have to admit. So, the secret is out I'm an Agent.
