Stars Hollow
I will reference Gilmore Girls many times in the course of this blog. If you have no idea what I am talking about, you need to call off your weekend plans and rent Seasons 1 - 6. It is seriously one of the wittiest hour-long shows that has ever been aired on television. The writing will have you thinking for days. So, enjoy the quotes and rants.
"Gilmore Girls tells the story of Lorelai, a teen mother, and her daughter Rory, probably the most perfect child imagined, and their journey through life and it's effect on their truely unique relationship in the tiny, yet halarious, Connecticut town of Stars Hollow.
Personally I adore this show. It has a good plot line, probably the best writing on TV, and also some of the best acting out there. Amy Sherman Palladino, executive producer to this loveably circus, has created probably the most realistic characters and plot lines out there. Throngs of people are pulled in every Tuesday religiously to see what will happen next to the zany Lorelai, quiet Rory, and gruff Luke, never to be disappointed with what they get. Everyone can find something to relate to in this show wether it be small town life, the agony of an unreliable love, the joy of having a child, the struggle of getting through to your parents, or just the love to laugh, there's something that will make a soft spot in your heart and call you back next week. Once you start watching you can't stop, there's just no controlling the love you develop for every aspect of it."
